There is no most important component to mma because 70% of fights end on the ground but 100% start on their feet. Fighters must be well versed in all places in order to be successful. He thinks the mental side is 50 percent of the game. When his fighters are preparing for fights a big part of that is knowing one's opponent and coming up with a game plan as far as 6 weeks out. His typical day is 9am-9pm at ATT dealing with business, pro fighters and teaching classes. Away from the gym he spends time with his family. The gym is in good shape for now, but he feels that in the future there are better places and locations that they may look at.
