#15 | What most of you fail to see is that Zach had a broken nose through the majority of the fight. He didn't simply "gas" or fatigue. Cudo's to Amir for his ground defense against someone as dangerous as Zach in submissions but there is no need for the show boating when your record is at 3-3. Good job Zach for sticking it out for the entire fight. Big heart reply |
#14 | Zach should never be aloud back in the octagon after that embarassing show he put on. I can't beleive that was a pro fight. Amir looked as if he were the only pro out there. Hands down to zach it does take some heart to take an @$$ whoopen like that thought! reply |
#13 | j vgytdddddd reply |
#12 | swdfasfadf reply |
#11 | amir had to cut 9 pounds day of weigh in, ur right tho, cutting weight probly does suck reply |
#10 | zach was in shape, he's very strong. He has a great future in the sport. He took a lot of damage and kept going, that takes a ton of heart and conditioning, world class training camp. Things just simply did not go his way, which any real fighter knows can happen on any given night. Much respect to zach and to American Top Team. A fight is a fight, a lot of uncontrollable variables. zach will do great as a fighter, first couple of pro fights are always a learning expereince. reply |
#9 | cutting 20 pounds more than normal for a weight class just to try it out? even the best of fighters can make the mistake when they try to cut the weight, and I'm no pro by any means but i do like to watch All the ufc fights and I know the huge weight cut can sap any fighters energy. reply |
#8 | next time maybe top team can train a fighter to go long enough to put up a fight with out gassing.not amir fault reply |
#7 | Did you guys fail to realize that the entire second round, Amir was the only one doing any damage? Even when he was on top, Zach was just laying there throwing an occasional arm punch. Amir, on the other hand, was throwing hammerfists, elbows, forearms and punches. Zach didn't lose because he was bleeding, he lost because he was getting worked, even when in the superior position. reply |
#6 | pretty y for not even being able to finish a fight. reply |
#5 | Zach disrespected Amir at weighins, so to get him back, Amir showboated reply |
#4 | Stop Hatin. No matter if they win by knockout, tapout, or decision...he still won! Muhammad Ali made his career out of showboating and became the best fighter of his time. It is all part of the game. If you don't like all the blood then don't go to the fights. I thought it was fun and Amir was a very good fighter on his way to the top. reply |
#3 | Zach, keep coming back....This was just a bad curve in the road. reply |
#2 | Losing blood doesn't lose a fight does it? Thought that Zach was not as bad as announced. Also hope that he will come back to get another chance at Amir. Amir knew how to play to crowd, and that is a great distraction weapon....but notice that most of the times he played to them from the bottom of the mat. reply |
#1 | what a loser.. didn't you say he was 3-3 I'm pretty sure your suppose to be good before you can be that y.. he won by decision whats so special about that? this guy needs to fight someone that can go three rounds without getting so tired then hopefully he will get hit so hard he wont be able to fight again.. reply |
