Randy Couture talks about the UFC and how things have changed since he first started fighting, the biggest change being the format from tournament to just 1 fight each time. Back in the day there wasn't necessarily a certain way to prepare for the tournament and fighting multiple times in one day.

Randy is the man, I can't imagine fighting someone, winning and then having to fight another guy later on in that same day, and then win and have to fight yet again... this guy is a natural freak
