Great work out, and Askren will be a great MMA fighter, but it will be a while before Ben catches up with Jake. |

Jake was going all out on a novice in no gi, etc... And yet still Ben was almost step for step with him through the whole thing. In a few years Ben will be owning limited guys like Shields in MMA, as once his sub def catches up to his wrestling (or anywhere even close to it) he'll be walking through the Jake Shields of the MMA world. |

Hmm. jake is one of the best no gi grapplers I have seen. He has very big wins in submission wrestling. I wasn't surprised he could submit Askren, as Askren hasn't had the same amount of bjj as Shields. |

Wow, surprised that Shields was able to, not only hang, but tap out an olympian like that. Askren is awesome too. |
