Rashad fought heavyweight for the TUF show because it was an opportunity. His game plan against Chuck Liddell was to frustrate him which ended up paying off. He spends the month or 2 before a fight training in Albuquerque where he has an intense training schedule. 10 minutes before a fight he is just getting focused and he likes to take it all in when he approaches the cage. He competes best when he just has a "whatever" attitude and relaxed and having fun.
