Mark compares training for wrestling and training for mma. They are very similar, he wrestled at Oklahoma State, a premier national powerhouse and now trains with some of the best jiu jitsu instructors around in the Gracies. He competes in the WEC but will be making the jump into the UFC after his next fight, which he didn't even know until someone told him and he googled it to find out for sure.
