After a workout at Ultimate Fitness the team meets and Urijah talks to them about the toughness and mental toughness it takes to be successful and win when things get tough. Joe Benavidez had just signed his bout agreement to rematch Dominick Cruz for the WEC bantamweight title and Joe said that once he signed the bout agreement he could feel the belt around his waist.

what happens when Benavidez beats Cruz and then Urijah is the number one contender... will he fight his teammate or will he go back up to 145, but with the way things are moving Chad Mendes will be in the hunt by then so where does this leave Urijah?
