Here is the thing, everyone is expecting Chael to get beat up, but if he can crank out a win it will be known as one of the biggest upsets ever.... and talking all this trash won't make Anderson Silva any better of a fighter, but it could mess with his head a little bit.

I think Chael Sonnen should keep his mouth shut because Anderson "The Spider" Silva is going to kick his ass...the last idiot that talked this much crap to Anderson Silva this much was James "Douchebag" Irvin and he got knocked out in like 10 seconds.....so I hope Chael backs up his words or its going to be a long day for him on Aug 7th...........
