Aaron just got out of an ice bath after a workout in cold Arizona. He talks about his recent fight against Tom Lawlor and how he was surprised with his striking. He credits wrestling with helping him to be mentally strong enough to survive that and come back and win.

I'm assuming Mark Bader is Ryan's brother. Good job on the site! I noticed the "Ryan Bader - Cribs" on sherdog, which lead me here. Simpson showed tremendous heart in his last fight, and from what I've seen, it seems that all the MMA athletes with a wrestling pedigree have an amazing work-ethic, and composure in the ring/octogon. Keep the videos coming, was very interesting to watch, and good luck to all the fighters on their up-coming fights... This sport wouldn't be where it is now without all their hard work.

i talked to lawlor this past weekend at the ncwa national duals, hes such a cool guy, he was a 4x all american for central florida
