VFC 30: XXX NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS set for Friday February 5th. With over eight years of experience and 29+ shows behind the VICTORY Fighting Championship, VFC 30 is being set up to be the very best VFC yet. Three titles will be up for grabs at the Mid-America Center on February 5th. Local MMA shooting start Jimmy Seipel will take on Colorado native Chase Hackett in a border war that was originally scheduled for VFC 29 as a championship qualifier. Hackett backed out of the November fight at the last minute and left Jimmy fuming ever since. The two 155lbers will be fighting for the VFC Lightweight title recently vacated by Joe Ellenberger. Joe was originally scheduled to fight Jimmy in VFC 30 but had to retire due to a career ending blood disease. Both Hackett and Seipel are ready to rumble for the belt in VFC 30.
VICTORY veteran and Minnesota native Zach Wolfe is set to drop down a weight class for VFC 30, down from the 145lb belt he currently holds in the VFC, down to the newly created 135lb Bantamweight class. The 135lb class is a more natural weight for Zach and he is stoked to return to the VFC and fight for another belt. Zach is always a crowd pleaser and is know for his interesting hair cuts and vicious striking ability. He will be taking on Last Min replacement Nick Mamalis. Both Bantamweights are brawlers and both are sure to bring every thing they have got to the VICTORY cage on Friday February 5th for VFC 30.
He is back! Abe Wagner is returning to the VFC cage after nearly a year hiatus to take on Travis Da Hawaiian Assassin Browne. Abe Wagner is no stranger to VICTORY fans as he has been in the VICTORY cage several times and has managed to earn a 7-2 professional record. Abe is coming off of a once-in-a-lifetime appearance on the UFCs Utlimate Fighter reality show. Along with rooming with Kimbo Slice, Abe lived and trained with some of the very best heavyweights in the country. He is bringing his new skills back to the VFC to take on a tough young up and coming heavyweight from California, Travis Browne. Browne fought six times in 2009 alone and has compiled an impressive 7-0 professional record. Browns wins include two TKOs in under a minute and a submission victory in just 55 seconds. One of his most recent victories was a 1:22 second destruction of former Washington Redskins wide receiver-turned pro MMA fighter Michael Westbrook. Browne is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has highly technical Muay Thai skills as well. As 64 and 67 respectfully, this will definitely be the battle of the giants as both men will come in with over 250lbs of fight and fury with the VFC Heavyweight Belt on the line for the victor.
There are a total of ten scheduled fights for VFC 30. The doors will open at 6:30 PM with all the live action starting at 7:30 PM sharp. Scheduled to fight on Friday February 5th in the VICTORY cage:

my cousin was jacked the dude he was suppose to fight backed out of the fight an acouple of hours before weigh in he had to cut even more for this dude once he stays at this weight ole dude don't want to fight him again his shoulder is fine he had to drop so much weight for this fight he loves to fight he wasn't not going to fight by the video that was on here looks like jeff got the better of houston but
souder lost alot of weight due to injuries, the old souder would have man handled this dude, he jus recently got over a surgery.
right juco your damn right about that its easy to talk stuff with words just like Brain Houston was talking about he didn't get to show his stand up yea of course he didn't get to cause if he would of stood up with Jeff it would of ended just like the rest of the fight with Mr. Houston on his back knock out POW lol
BareKnucks are you really talking about a fighter who likes to compete and not talk over a chat board? I think 3/4 of fighters that fight in local events aren't true fighters give the kid some credit. I mean i highly doubt you have done half of what souder has done so far in his lifetime.
BareKnucks hug a you aint in there doing nothing get in there see what happens you'll get your ass whooped
yea, souder is just a street fighter, no technique, just relies on strength and speed, it'll work against some fighters but you can't expect it to take you very far. I like his energy as a fighter but he's amateur at best.
LMAO Souder, got his ass kicked! what a . Dumbass thought that street brawling would actually take him far in MMA what a dumbass, stick to ridin the bench in football !
any chance will ge the souder fight on here we missed it last night when the camera went out?
