I think I read something about a re-match? no no no! "lionheart" needs to practice with a junior high wrestling team, or maybe just drunk crazy bum in austin. I'm also pretty sure I saw jeremiah do "helicopter" punches sometime in the 1st round, if you do a re-match make sure you catagorize it as a comedy and not a fight clip, ask robin williams to be a guest ref! run with it! hollywood is going love it! call it "The Great FAIL" or "I Quit" or just stay out of the cage.

John lost the fight easily.. He looked like he came in way out if shape and sick or not he should not have gotten in the cage that night. He was by far the most unskilled fighter at the event. Go start training in some stand up john you looked like you had never even thrown a punch in your life. You disgraced the "miltech" system you claim to represent, your ju Jitsu school, and your coaches at the fight. If you want to stay in this sport you need to put in the necessary work and become truly dedicated.

look heres the fight john much respect but you got defeated that night bro..just say no illegal blows took place in the fight you still would have lost you took alot of punishment and jermiah landed alot of shots..also those back shots didnt even hurt you..you through your hands when the ref stopped it and you heard the ref telling jermiah no more shots to the back then you started acting like it hurt you did the same thing with the accidental head butt in the 3rd round.. jermiah also got head butted too you didnt see him all on the ground acting like you..you can lie to us but dont lie to urself..but thats whats cool about MMA next fight you can prove yourself take this and learn from it dont try and talk trash and make it right come on you went in the cage handled your bussiness and walked out nothen too be ashamed of not alot of peeps have the gets to get in there

Ringside.. Thank you for being the only person with any sense on here.. There should be no rematch, and it was a garbage fight to begin with. Both fighters were out of shape and had very basic skills. John you did zero to improve your position during the entire fight.. Holding him around the waste and sitting on your knees getting punched in the face does not count as offense.. That weak "shoot" in the second round was pathetic and it ended with you taking about 10 shots to the liver while you did nothing to recover. You were mounted in the first, and controlled throught out the entire fight.. Honestly.. What would you do diff in the second fight? Not lay down after getting cut?! Really??? Who the HECK lays down after a cut?? You gassed out and wanted out. Don't get me wrong you had guts to go in the cage, but you barely had the skills to finish the fight.. The only reason it went to the third was because Jeremiah was so gassed.. Don't kid yourself.. He is a better fighter than you and would most likely win the rematch as well. And now please stop using these boards to tell people you were sick or you had only been training for a few weeks.. All of these things only reflect your poor work ethic and your immaturity as a person and a fighter.. That is all

I have watched the fight live and multiple times on here. The facts are as follows.
-Neither guy was in the proper shape for this fight and both gassed quickly.
-Jeremiah hit John in the spinal area 2 times in the first round and the ref stopped action for him to recover.
-Other punches to the back of the head area were during scrambles and squirming around by both fighters, it happen quite frequently in MMA.
-The headbut was clearly accidental after John was knocked back against the fence as Jeremiah was comming forward.
-John did not quit, the ref stopped it due to the cut.
-Both sides have fans who disagree, they should push for a rematch.
-It was both fighters first fight.

i was there for that fight that kid had been sick all week long and only had been training in mma for only for 4 weeks and that older guy had 4 wins in a row and had been training for over 6 months that kid won that fight over that punkass lier keep up the work kid you will get a remach one day CONGRATULATIONS on a when that you didnt get man sorry to see what really happen

well later that night the bad ref was called off out of the cage cuz of to many fighters getting hurt over him the fight on youtube you can see that aguirre was geting hit alot illegal by that "wet back" on the youtube fight i see 7 hits to the spine then the ref calls it after the 7th hit and john whens that round do to points only also i see john geting hit to the back of the head and neck and the punk ass ref doze nothing i guess the quintanilla family payed off the ref, but only a fights like that to when read all the blogs on youtube they all say the say thing quintanilla did not when the fight

well the kid did real good for being so young there was nothing that jereminh did to hurt the young kid no black eyes no bloody lips but i saw all the cheap hits to the spine and there was not just 1,2,3, or even 4,5,6, there was like 7, cheap that i was when a fighter gets hit like that there is no way he can come back too win fight but aguirre got up to his hands and feet like a man too keep on fighting and then that punk give him HEADBUTT.a fighter only doze that when he wants out i guess he wanted to quit cuz he was to tired to go to the 3rd round with aguirre keep up the hard work kid you lose the fight but you bet the man and won the fans but at else your not a punk who doze hits a man in the spine 7 times when he is down i still dont know how you got up from that

john you had what it takes to step in the ring, but you lack skills and heart. Dont quit your day job. nothing personal.

This board is getting effin ridiculous.. Are you serious?? Rematch? Being sick?! These were two very basic fighters and it was very good match making that even let this bout happen. John got beat, and was getting beat on for a majority of the fight.. Don't make excuses and take your whooping like a man. Don't lie about being sick or say you weren't able to implement your gameplan cuz of the rules.. Just man up and accept defeat and move foreward. The better fighter that night won the fight, plain and simple. And please don't use this forum to have fake interviews or answer questions no one is even asking about.. No ones cares you were sick. No one cares when your dad died.. Take the loss and move on or get out of the sport
