Description

On the last day of his travels in California Mark made the hike up to Sacramento where he visited Ultimate Fitness.  This gym may have initially gotten a lot of attention because of Urijah Faber but it has turned into the best place for lightweight fighters to train in the country.  Mark got to see some training being done by Joe Benevidez, Danny Castillo and Chad Mendes who are all working their way up to the in the ranks toward the top.
