Yes a joke, and just because he complains with his workout does not mean anything. I bet there isnt a single one of you that doesnt complain about working out. This video also isnt a complete workout, so there is probably alot more to it than you see. The man is a several time all-American wrestler at arizona state, I dont think he could achieve this without putting in the work.

I think the coach saying the treadmill going 25mph was a joke. And to you freaking idiots who say, "finish your workout dammit".... did you guys happen to see his fight against Keith Jardine. You morons have no clue what his training was like for this fight or what he felt like that day. Get with it stupids

Not to be critical because he is aleardy in the shape I wish to be in right now - but it seems as though his diet and attitude needs some development. He needs to attack every day as an improvement to the prior day. Do that - then take 3 weeks on and 1 week off and you will see amazing advancements. He still has more to give on those workouts and also needs to consider cutting them down.
