While I was up out on Long Island I stopped by Serra Jiu Jitsu where Matt Serra and his brother Nick have a jiu jitsu school. Neither Matt nor Nick were there but they let me in and I got to check out what their jiu jistu practice looks like. Check it out.

I went and guest trained at the Serra acadamy last week. Great bunch of folks up there, and very good jiujitsu. Anyone looking to train that lives in their area should give them a try. Can't say enough goo things. Morgz

Thanks, Mark...looked at the other one and it was a little different intensity too.
It dawned on me that the advantage of the Serra video is that the sameness of garb actually adds something of an almost serene quality....Maybe the mostly monochromatic garb allows the mind to see further into the skills. (????) Really appreciate you mentioning the other Marcelo Garcia video.

This is really fascinating to watch. Am not a big MMA fan because of the apparent gore to the whole scene....BUT this type of training has me mesmerized. Hope you have alot more of this one your site. Thanks.
