Wade is one of the 3 men who started Head Hunters and has been involved in mma and putting on events for quite some time. He feels that it is important to take care of the fighters who are competing because they are the ones putting it out on the line.
I worked for Wade for a little over two years. He is not only a fighter, but also a strategic business man. Overall, he has to be respected for being a pioneer with MMA. Out of all the professionals, how many can you say own multiple businesses and is actually respected by his peers, staff, and community...
Bottom line - we all have to acknowledge the "fathers" of MMA.
