Mo Lawal goes through a training session at Lava The Boxing Club in San Diego. One of the main objectives of this workout is for Mo to get hit and kicked. At the end he goes through some conditioning and he just stands there as his training partners kick and punch him to toughen and strengthen his body.

Mo does his mma training at all over the place, this was gone with Mel Menor at Lava, he also trains jiu jitsu with Dean Lister, boxing with Justin Fortune, Mayhem Miller, and even trained at Nog's in Brazil, check out teh video he shot there.

Mo is the man and he is from Texas, he is such a badass for the little amount of time he has been doing mma. What I am confused about is where he trains, I though he was with Team Quest but this is not filmed at Team Quest, where does Mo do most of his mma training???
