training here for a bit and very unimpressed with the stand up training at this facuilty most of the time the instructors are out of the room not trying to improve your stand up game no proper warm ups and you paying throught the teeth for the training cant wait for my 3 months to be up and gone.cant talk bad about the bjj through if you going to this gym save your money and just take the bjj cant say how horrilbe the trANING HAS BEEN |
