well you do get what you pay for... im in the military and they have dicounts and work with you to meet your fitness goals or to up your game if your competeing... they have a jiujitsu black belt who earned it from Carlson Gracie, a former wbc/ ibf champion boxer and a 12X russian kickboxing champion who still competes at the top of his game... awesome workouts, i sweat like none other when i take the classes... freindly and no b.s. type of guys behind the counters and everyone who goes and takes these classes are great in sportsmanship... its a good gym to focus on technique, excied your potential in your skills, and even better in getting a strong, long lasting and rewarding work out... |

heard they are pricy and haven't heard good things about the management w/ mma fighters. i.e. brandon vera, noons. looks nice though and those are just things i've heard so who knows |

This is a pretty cool gym, I've actually been there a couple time and there are always hot chicks working out |
