Greg initially was only into street self defense and it was kind of an accident that the got into mma. He has lived his whole life in the south valley of Albuquerque where he has become a martial artist not a cage fighter. He really enjoys coaching and believes that true happiness comes from helping people. He says he is only successful because he has good fighters and there is a great atmostphere at his gym where they put friendship and relationships before money. He has good relationships with camps in Colorado, Montreal, and New York where he and his fighters travel to learn new things and improve.
