Greg Jackson talks about coming up with game plans for fighters. He is very lucky because his family gets to spend a lot of time at the gym. Mixed martial arts is 80 percent mental and they prepare for that mental edge by pushing so hard during practice so that the fight can't be any worse. To become mentally tough fighters need to keep pushing their breaking point farther and farther because in a fight you try to either break an opponent mentally or knock him out. He says things are important only because people make them important and the 2 most important things to him are helping people and reaching is potential. He needs money but does not make it a priority, but rather sees it as a result helping people and reaching his own potential. There are a number of up and coming fighters at the gym who he feels that the world may hear about before too long.
