Sorry scratch that just noticed he was hooked but if you slip past the hook while hes pushing the head it is way easy to flip and they never see it coming sorry bro didnt notice he had your leg hooked |

while hes pushin the head down its much easier to front flip into full mount remember theres no rules to how you get there just get there. Try it! Its easier than you think |
