Good idea. I will ask for some tech of week for defenses for arm bar and other submissions we have already shown. |

I just started juijitsu a few weeks ago and they tought us this. The grabbing of the shoulder is an intresting addition to it that we never learned that I'm going to have to add to my own armbars. Anyway I really think for this whole technique of the week thing they should go over defenses to the technique they are showing as well |
