Wrestling instructor Daryl Gholar puts 4 fighters through a wrestling workout, including Rafael Dias who is 10 days away from a fight. The workout consists of a lot of positioning drills and focuses on helping Dias with his conditioning. A good portion of the instruction and encouragement comes in Portuguese but through body language and tone you can tell the message Daryl is trying to get across.

this is a sweet video, I love how that coach is so vocal, "get your money". Judging by the other videos in this coverage I can see why the coach is speaking portuguese.
