Jay Hieron was a top NCAA wrestler, tested positive for drugs, was booted off the wrestling team, sold drugs and was thrown in jail. Fighting and competing helped him get back on his feet and has landed him in the octagon. He compares the ground game to chess. Adopted at a young age he says that he was born fighting.
